TRF"s are a great collaborating tool. TRF's are used for tutorials; furthermore, here you see a picture of a rubric for a TRF. The AVID students fill out the top part of the rubric and then give it to the tutor. The tutor then fills out the boxes below and marks how many questions I and other peers have asked
Here you see the actual TRF. The AVID students fill this out two times a week before each tutorial. We must fill out the initial question, key vocabulary words, what I know about the topic, the critical thinking behind the topic, the steps to solve, I do the steps until I can't figure out any more steps, and the POC.
0nce I have learned more about my POC I can then reflect on it. Every time we have presented we must do our reflections on the back of the TRF. Once it is completed we give it to our tutor.
